Supplier registration

Welcome to our local procurement portal which provides a pathway for potential suppliers to engage with us.

It also provides information on goods and services that may be required for our operations, through publication of Expressions of Interest (EOI) on our local procurement portal.

To become eligible to respond to an EOI published on our local procurement portal going forward, you must complete the registration process. The following minimum criteria apply for registration:

  • Have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for GST (if you are a business registered in Australia);
  • Have a business registration number (if you are a business registered elsewhere);
  • Experience in the provision of goods and/or services aligned with the goods and services categories; and
  • Have the appropriate HSE, personnel, management and financial capacity to safely deliver goods and/or services.

As part of this registration process, you will also be asked to read and agree to our Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. Importantly, note that registering and responding to an EOI published on our local procurement portal does not make you an OPS Supplier Portal vendor or guarantee you will be invited by us to respond to a Request Document (defined in the Terms of Use) or awarded a contract. We reserve the absolute discretion in relation to these decisions.

You are able to save your registration at any time and resume at a later date.

Please allow at least 20 minutes to complete the registration.

We reserve the right to collect, store and analyse the information from your registration for the purposes of internal analysis and reporting. We will process any personal data you provide to us in accordance with the OPS Supplier Portal Data Privacy Standard, which is available at here. Any external reports we prepare from the information you provide us will only contain non-identifying aggregated information.

We will not be responsible for any costs associated with your registration, including preparing and submitting any requested information.

Supporting documents

You may be required to download and complete a Statutory Declaration to support your registration (example: to confirm the location of your business, where your revenue derives from and workforce resides).

You will be required to provide your business capability statement.

Information and supporting documents provided by you will be verified as part of our audit process, which may include random and/or selective audits by third party independent consultants.
